About the role:
We are on a mission to ensure our customers receive accurate and timely invoices so your day will be a mix of administration, problem solving, investigation and outbound calls to customers to help us achieve that. You'll have the opportunity to learn and work across our support functions including Metering, Billing, Payments, Switching and Compliance.
We have full time roles available based in either the Hamilton or Auckland office with the opportunity to work 2 days from home. If working from home, you must have a quiet, private place to work with good internet access. There are some other T&Cs around working from home; we'll chat through them with you prior to the interview stage.
About you:
- A friendly and approachable personality with strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence to make outbound calls and negotiate with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn on the job
- Demonstrated customer service experience with high emotional intelligence
- A real team focus - we support each other and jump in when needed
