This position offers a Hybrid (remote and in office location) work schedule, but schedule can be changed based on company and business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable assistance
- Overseeing all day-to-day office and administrative operations, such as but not limited to ordering office supplies, assisting with anniversary and birthday cards for team members, maintaining inventory of equipment / assets, is responsible for managing in office mailings and responsible for taking incoming calls and messages for Sr. Leadership members.
- Assistance with onboarding new staff / responsible for new hire orientation
- Responsible for support in conference planning and coordination and arranging corporate events and meetings for the organization.
- Monitor and maintain calendars, to include scheduling all meetings and appointments, coordinating travel, preparation of itineraries and tracking expenses.
- Responsible for staff Leave of Absence (LOA) leave date, return date and communication with team member.
- Assisting with sr. leadership meeting minutes & maintaining Planner to make sure it remains up to date in O365.
- Assist with creation of company-wide power-point & coming up with icebreakers.
- Assume responsibility to ensure executives meet commitments and deadlines; confirm that materials requested from others are received and requested actions are completed.
- Organize and prioritize executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients; determines what information can be answered directly, requires immediate attention of executives or should be directed to another party within the organization.
- Prepare internal documents, presentation and reports for team members.
- Research information and provide guidance and recommendations on a broad range of issues and special projects.
- Participate in daily team huddles and weekly team meetings, report pulling!
- Reviewing and improving on administrative policies and procedures as needs and workflows change and training administrative staff to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Owning vendor relationships
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
