- You'll be responsible for the budget and quarterly planning of the residential customer base, with a primary focus on churn and upgrades, and to a smaller extent Sky receivers net growth
- Your job is to manage a wholistic process and meet the timelines, integrate all stakeholders and inputs, prepare the outputs and present them in a meaningful way
- In preparation for the annual and quarterly planning, you analyze developments and communicate closely with the Retention and Finance teams to integrate all current and future impacts into your plans
- Your tasks also include preparing a monthly rolling forecast, visualizing the results and presenting the risks and opportunities you¿ve identified to the teams
- You'll take over the leadership of insight projects with the MBI team to drive action and change to improve the performance of base
- Part of your responsibility is to manage and work with the planning models and to make necessary adjustments
- You've a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance or similar and at least 6-8 years of professional experience in Controlling, Planning or similar
- A good understanding of customer base management sets you apart
- Excellent analytical skills and Excel knowledge are a matter of course for you
- You'd describe your working style as reliable and independent and you'll bring good communication and presentation skills with you
- A high level of self-motivation and personal dedication as well as the ability to work in a team characterize you
- Good English skills round off your profile
