Summary
The Clinical Staff Scheduler will be the central administrator charged with building, editing, communicating, and publishing the daily clinical schedules for urgent care workers across multiple states.
Description
  • Works with advisors from clinical support and provider staff groups as well as regional champions.
  • Will report to senior regional operations/administrative manager.
  • Develops and maintains a keen understanding of the current software and the scheduling complexities of different roles. Communicates regularly with regional leaders about conflicts or errors.
  • Full remote role but should be widely accessible for teams who operate in different time zones which may include some (limited) weekend/holiday availability to help troubleshoot problems that are outside the scope of the existing support teams both for PM and for the scheduling software.
  • Works with senior leaders on forecasting, adjusting for day-of-week and seasonal variation.
  • Works with marketing leaders so scheduling changes for special days (e.g., holidays) are aligned with information on website and social media.
  • Evaluate data in dashboards and reports to help better match schedule needs to staffing workforce.
Qualifications
  • Must have 5-7 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address problems that are highly varied, complex, and often non-recurring, requiring staff input, innovative, creative, and lean diagnostic techniques to resolve issues.
  • Must have the ability to set goals and determines how to accomplish defined results with some guidelines.
  • Strong written communication skills required. Must have the ability to summarize and communicate in English moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers.
