Position Summary: Provides leadership and management to all nursing personnel and ancillaryy personnel within an assigned area or units in a clinical setting. Manages all clinical functions and operations of the assigned area or units. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of clinical patient care and services and ensures compliance with administrative regulatory and clinical policies and procedures. Will perform job duties in accordance with the medical center's purpose.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing and five (5) years of RN experience, two (2) of those years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Certification(s) required: Must have valid RN license.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Kno! wledge and understanding of nursing and patient care standards! and procedures; Verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; detail oriented; analytical and conceptual skills; leadership and management skills; project management skills; project management skills including the ability to effectively manage resources;
