Delivers professional nursing care for clients in accordance with the established plan of care and agency policies and procedures. Provides care consistent with all relevant professional standards and state and federal requirements. This rewarding position will provide clinical support to the RN Supervisor, assist with case management, and help the clients be successful in their homes.
Qualified candidates:
Will be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Possess home care experience as required by state law. Will have a minimum of 1 year experience in nursing, with a combination of acute care and home health care/public health preferable. o Will possess knowledge, ability and the necessary skill and judgment to perform all nursing procedures as outlined in the scope of practice. o Will have ability to contribute as a team member and work independently. o Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills. o Will have knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and in the state(s) of practice. o Must have current CPR certification.
