7 on/7 off â€" no assigned shifts;
Not required to stay in hospital once rounding complete;
Intensivist available to provide ICU/critical care coverage;
Average patient volume 15 to 20 per day;
Nurse practitioner available to assist with rounding;
$200K base salary + $20K performance bonus based on quality and citizenship criteria;
Potential to earn more by working additional shifts;
Benefits include commitment bonus; relocation allowance; and medical education debt repayment in accordance with fair market value; paid malpractice with extended reporting coverage; optional health/dentalvision insurance; 401(k) retirement; and opportunity to participate in the Physicians' Tax Advantage Wealth Program;
